The application forms can be obtained from this link or Room D-116, and must be submitted to Room D-213 in person.

The tentative date for the written examinations is the week of May 7. The detailed exam schedule will be announced later.

* Students who will take the exam for the second must also apply.
** Applications after this date will not be processed.
