The application process, previously conducted by department chairs based on determined quota numbers and lists, will now be managed through the Central Lottery System, using the same quota numbers.

In this context, undergraduate students who wish to participate in the yellow vehicle sticker lottery must apply online at https://tpkura.metu.edu.tr between October 1 - 8, 2025.  The lottery draw will be held on Friday, October 10, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. in Hall A of the Culture and Convention Center and will be open to participants.

Master's and doctoral students who wish to obtain a yellow or brown vehicle sticker, as well as undergraduate students who wish to obtain a brown vehicle sticker, will be able to apply online at https://tasitpulu.metu.edu.tr starting October 1, 2025.
