All Ph.D. students who will take the Ph.D. Qualifying Examinations in November 2026 (including students taking the exam for the second time) must submit their applications no later than October 12, 2026, at 17:00. Incomplete and/or late applications will not be processed.
- The application form can be downloaded from the department forms page. http://eee.metu.edu.tr/forms
- The (scanned) electronic copy of the filled form, along with the required attachments, must be sent to Department Vice Chair Assoc. Prof. Ayşe Melda Yüksel Turgut via email at ymelda@metu.edu.tr (with the read receipt option enabled) by the deadline above.
