The Selection Committee for the Serhat Özyar Young Scientist of the Year Award, following its evaluations, has decided to award one candidate the "Serhat Özyar Young Scientist of the Year Award" and three candidates with "Honorary Awards" as encouragement in 2025. The names of the award recipients and their thesis titles are given below:

• Dr. İlker Törün, “Kolloidal Kuantum Noktaların Fonksiyonel Mimarilere Düzenlenmesi”, Serhat Özyar Young Scientist of the Year Award,
• Dr. Ayşe Feyza Yılmaz, “Aktif Destek ve Rehabilitasyon İçin Tekstil Tabanlı Yumuşak Robotikler”, Serhat Özyar Young Scientist of the Year, Honorary Awards
• Dr. Ahmet Biler, “Doğal Havalandırma Kanallı Giydirme Cephelerin İç Ortam Konfor Koşullarına Etkisinin Gerçek Zamanlı Deneysel Veri ile Değerlendirilmesi İçin Bir Yöntem”, Serhat Özyar Young Scientist of the Year, Honorary Awards
• Dr. Ahmet Kağızman, “Özel Bir Piston ve Kilit Mekanizmasına Sahip Yüksek Başlangıç İvmeli Göğüs Kompresyon Cihazının Tasarımı, Simülasyonu ve Üretimi”, Serhat Özyar Young Scientist of the Year, Honorary Awards.
